1-on-1 training AND small group training available for middle school and high school students wanting to stay active throughout the year. This "General Physical Preparedness" curriculum will have students working on everything from core strength & coordination tocardiovascular endurance.
Many gain confidence and are able to develop and maintain a positive body image. We encourage students of any ability and aptitude to take the opportunity to participate.

Better coaching and supervision than your basic "team training" found anywhere else.

Individual session or coordinated or group training with your teammates. Learn proper technique to build strength during the off-season that yields tremendous gains in-season. Discuss nutrition and recovery with your coach to receive a well-rounded coaching package.
The perfect solution to new social distancing norms allows you to basically rent the gym for 50 minutes. It will be cleaned prior to your arrival and you can workout using all the equipment in a private setting without having to share the space with anyone else.
